Went in to do a warranty recall service. Nobody told me they needed to go into my trunk to disconnected the battery (air bag had to be replaced), so I left some stuff in my trunk. When I got the car back there was two big scratches on the top of the bumper which was definitely caused by them removing the items from the trunk. I take good care myself to make sure that this does not happen and sure enough the people who are suppose to take care of my car probably did not care. I would take my car to a different dealership as I would just not trust this place to not damage my car.
