Convenient. Clean and new. Nice night market out front. Beautiful Starbucks with two floors. Good mix of eating options. Although, there are perhaps proportionally too many Japanese restaurants, but they are popular with Thai people. Overall, this mall has made a lovely neighborhood that much more liveable.
