First thing first, stay away from Mark. As he tries to mock you in front of his employees and chase you out the door saying unnecessary comments when the deal is not made. My family has gotten two cars from Wild Honda and were in the process of getting our 3rd one today, till we had the worst customer service ever. I was shocked. Mark had the nerve to open the front door once it shut closed and say a smart comment to my mother and i as we were walking towards my car when the deal was not made. He also had about 3 or 4 of his buddies laughing along with him. Absolutely horrible service.
