I ve stayed here several times within the past few years and my experience has always been great. However, I just stayed on business for the first time last night. It was bad. My room was not clean. The sheets were stained. Room service food was nasty. I went to the hotel bar and was double charged and the staff acted strangely toward me when I asked for them to fix it (they did however fix it at least). Also, and this was the worst part, they did not honor the discount that everyone else in my group received. I didn t get it and I was given a bogus third party reservation story, when the charge on my account was clearly from the hotel. They had plenty of ability to fix their mistake, but they didn t. Very disappointing. I won t be back. I m not willing to pay $250 to stay at a gross hotel so...
