Have been here before with mixed experiences. My father in law wanted to try it out so we came back with the entire family of 6. Upon entering the establishment I observed several young employees leaning up against the host stand. I announced that I had reservations and they acted like it was a chore to have to stand up to give me a buzzer to let me know when our table was ready. This attitude and ambience was definitely not something I have come to expect from mid to upper end steak houses. Once we were seated we enjoyed the delicious salad bar. The waiter' s service was below par and our entire table's glasses stayed empty for long periods of time. To his credit, he was overwhelmed with customers and was trying his best. But again, not the service you would expect from such a place. The prime rib was less than stellar, and the strip was decent. However, I will say that the burger was superb! I wish I would have ordered the burger for myself rather than the prime. Overall it was an underwhelming experience and definitely was not worth the prices on the menu. I would like to think that it was just a bad night for Chuck but two of my three visits were subpar and the third was average at best. I would recommend Flamingo Grill or spend the extra money and hit Ruth's Chris at Grande Dunes.
