On the day the work was supposed to happen ( A boiler fitting) things went badly. Plumber a no show so I called them, told it was unlikely I'd actually have the work done today after all...despite being assured it'd be done in a day. Promised a call back. 90 mins passed so I called again. Promised another callback, nothing.
