From the rental car check in process to the service updates, everything was quick and easy.
Doug Kircher (service writer) was fantastic in keeping us to date on the status of the car and always got back to me if I had a question. That is the best experience I've ever had with a service writer at any dealership! Everything was explained to me in detail and I didn't feel like I was being sold something that my car didn't need. I would highly recommend Jim Butler Chevrolet's service department to anyone, and ask for Doug if he's available!
