We purchased our XT5 at Crest, and this was our first time for service. My wife took the car in for an oil change and later they asked if she wanted the car washed. Three and a half hours later, they called me to tell me the car was ready, but the couldn t find my wife who was waiting in their customer lounge. They must not have looked. Then, they couldn t find the car, so they took her paid receipt to find the car. Then, they couldn t find the keys. Finally, they charged my wife $15.00 to wash the car which we were told at purchase was free. Receipt: Never got it back. Crest is definitely a Bush League operation! We re headed back to Sewell where we ve always received quality service.
