My niece had a huge suite for her birthday celebration on the 4th floor with 2 baths, living room dining room, kitchen and bedroom The place is spacious and clean but the service was poor. There were no microwave, no silverware or plastics wares or drinking glass in the room. There was no napkins or paper towels. We went at the front desk to ask for a plastic spoon and napkins in vain. That was a total disappointment. We had to go to Jewel next door to get a knife to cut the cake. Dont let the great look fool you. We were at Hampton inn near by last week and we were very pleased. they had everything in the room. They need to change their service at Double tree and treat the customers better. I wont recommend anyone to go there. Sorry.
