I bought my Vehicle in for a warranty repair. They told me it would take 3 to 4 hours to complete the job. I was planning on using the drop off service they offer to take me to the gym down the road while I waited. When I checked in I found out they were not offering to drop off service due to Covid. This would ve been nice to know before I dropped off my car. I had to call my husband to come an get me. When my car was finished I had to call my husband again To take me back out. I was telling some friends how hard it was to get my recall completed and they said wow my dealership would have offered a car for me to drive. When I returned the car I told the agent who checked me out I was disappointed a car was not offered when I asked for the drop off service and was told they were not doing it at the time. They agent who checked me out agreed but nothing happened. I payed for my oil change and left. Lesson learn when I buy my new car. Customer service goes a long way.
