I own a Toyota Prius V and a few weeks ago, while passing through Hickory, my check engine light came on. In a crazy panic i called the nearest dealership. Ray answered my call and from the very beginning he was amazing. He managed to calm me down and worked my car in to be seen on a busy Saturday. Not only did Ray accommodate me while calming me down but he also has great knowledge of my warranty,processed my claim, and had my water pump repaired in what i consider record time!
