This theater is great because there is not a bad s...

This theater is great because there is not a bad seat in the house. No matter where you sit you can see the stage clearly. The only negative which keeps me from giving it 5 stars is it is not very handicap accessible. There are no rails to hold on to as you walk down the steps.
