Worst ever in a hotel from 1st room smelling of se...

Worst ever in a hotel from 1st room smelling of sewage and no heat to downgraded room with very little heating had to ask for another heater. Couldnt find switch to bathroom behind tv and worst of all having the toilet in room above leaking out and splashing in threw window raw sewage going all over my dissabled sister. Disgrace not a 5star hotel a dump and owners who dont care and lie
