I had a very bad experience checking in at the curveside. The person who was helping me had very little experience and worked VERY slow. He almost caused us to miss our flight. JetBlue service is not up to date. I paid for my checked bags online and they had no history of it in their system. I ended up going inside and was given the run around from other JetBlue staffs because they had very little clue about how their system works.
