The attention of security personnel was really bad...

The attention of security personnel was really bad. Inside the embassy staff was serious but in the end it helped me with what I needed and provided me with all the information about the documentation that I needed. What I do not like is that I have to move personally to the facilities of the embassy only to solve and / or expedite minor doubts regarding the presentation of the documentation since in the means of contact they provide (email, telephone and networks social) never answer. They must urgently improve these means of contact.
