Overall the experience at hotel Jen is good safe for the frickerling light bulb in the bathroom. Good location, and I also like the security of the hotel as you can see many security guard in the lobby. The hotel is near to komtar where there are many homeless people and you can tell that they are very serious about security with a few guards patrolling and many cctvs- this made the hotel very assuring to travellers who value safety and security a priority.
