NO HEAT! NO DESIRE FROM MANAGEMENT TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They knew the room had no heat but checked me in anyway after 9, room was freezing, called front desk and they said issue with the boiler. Called an hour later, said they'd bring a space heater, called again and finally gave me an inadequate space heater. At 11:30pm, asked for another room but that one didn't have heat either. Decided to leave. Front desk was snarky and unhelpful. Management had an attitude and lots of excuses. Had to demand they get me another hotel room somewhere else and a refund. Totally illegal to check me into a room with no heat with outside temps below freezing but they didn't care and took no initiative to assist me and would've left me stranded in the middle of the night if I hadn't spoken up for myself. Deserves a negative rating if there could be one.
