What started out as a great Aussie success story & their willingness to help saw them gain traction, but this has deteriorated rapidly.
Questions that would take less than a day to get tech support on are now taking weeks to get even a basic answer on, leaving the end user stranded.
Then without warning & after being promised that the switch over to U.S Dollar billing would not affect current users, our pricing goes up 357.49% overnight.
Very poor form to have a huge decline in support coupled with an enormous increase in pricing that cannot be justified.
Kudos for destroying your long term customer base for an initial spike in revenue that will surely decline as everyone abandons.
