These people are rude, disrespectful and don't care about empathy!! We had a house fire that was accidentally started and 4 months layer received a bill stating we needed to pay 16,000 in damages!!! We didn't have insurance at the time but we knew we had to pay something at some point, so we waited. We got mailed a letter and received it 8 days after them mailing it, when we called we were told they NEEDED 50% of the claim THAT DAY in order for us to start a payment plan because it was the last day of the month. We got hung up on, cut off, she raised her voice and told me she didn't HAVE to talk to me and I can get the balance paid in full when I receive a letter in another week. Don't listen to these people, if you receive a letter from them make sure you know what they are wanting you to pay for and check with the party requesting the payment. Worst excuse for attorneys at law aka debt collectors.
