Worst service ever

Missed two days of work waiting for an engineer to show up on different occasions just to be told they weren't coming due to a part missing. They could've told me that at the start of the day. Instead when I asked around 12:30 I was told an engineer was just collecting the part and that they would be with me. They never turned up. When I spoke to manager Terry Francis she couldn't even apologise. I'm am disgusted with this service.
