Absolutely no service after the sale.

Purchased a funnel cake fryer that was damaged from shipping. Called them , sent photos and emailed. About 25 times each.

No results. Yeah yeah we will issue a return number. We will get back to you.

Finally I called comstock, the manufacturer. They were most helpful.

We ended up dying 5.5 hrs to the manufacturing facility and waited an hr for them to make the repair.

Comstock - marvelous!!!
