This hotel is known to be very nice even luxurious. Our room was not cleaned and honestly just falling apart. There was mould on the sinks, carpet was coming off, side tables were filthy and rusted. The mini bar was not stocked and we had to go down to the front desk just to get a water bottle. It is absolutely shocking how much you pay for what you get. They wouldn't even accommodate late check out for us so that we could put our baby down for a nap.
