**UPDATE December 28th 2020: Well, all these years later and not only did I just purchase my 3rd Subaru through Twin City, utilizing Jim Glassford once again, but it was a beautiful 2021 Crosstrek! The folks at Twin City have gone above and beyond, with customer service levels, over the many years. It is all about relationship with them and they donate to many worthy causes as well. I enjoy knowing I can just stop in anytime and say hi to our salesman, Jim, and grab a bag of their delicious popcorn as well. Thanks again Jim and Twin City!

I last purchased a vehicle in 1996 and was not terribly excited about dealing with the types of salesmen I did back then. However, after research we decided on Twin City, back in April of this year. Great decision on our part! I'm so glad that Jim Glassford 'just happened' to be the salesman we spoke with on the phone - we got lucky. He was down to earth, friendly, real and incredibly easy to talk with and deal with. He stayed late to show us that 'one more' vehicle - which was the one we ended up purchasing. The price for the vehicle was very competitive, the knowledge of our salesman was outstanding and the other staff talked to us like we'd been shopping their for years. The parts department worked with us effectively and efficiently also, on accessories we wanted.

Would we use Twin City again and recommend them to others? Absolutely.
Would we use Jim Glassford again? Well, anyone that can relate to us on a 'veggie dog' level can't be beat - sorry! ;)
