I had dealt with one of their worker Matt. He was did work on my sample hats and did a horrendous job. He kept delaying the work telling me they got new machines in and the machine had to get calibrated. Then he would delay the work again on 3 hats, just 3 by saying they had an order for the NY Mets. Which was all understandable until I received the hats where every one of the hats were messed up. He said he always do great work the first time but when I received it, guess what, he had a story telling me how nothing comes out perfect the first time.
OK... so you f&*ked my samples up and you expect me to hire you to do a bulk order? Yea, keep dreaming, kid.
About 2 weeks later, I received an email survey from a company called Ink Well. I looked it over and viola! It was this little boy's so-called company that he supposedly own, but instead he works for them and were doing side jobs. Now I see why he kept delaying my samples. This imbecile didn't get new machines he was trying to do side work so his boss wouldn't catch him.
I complained to Paypal because he was supposed to do another hat for me that he did a shitty job on. He didn't reply to my texts for 2 days on the status of the hat he said he was going to fix. As soon as I made that report he text me back around 1 am. I still have the text messages to prove it, too. Oh, he tried to blackmail me by saying if you don't remove that report from Paypal I cannot make this other hat (which he was entitled to do it anyways since he messed up my hat). I didn't remove it, I don't care what this lying POS says.
Paypal sided with him because it was a custom job. He did the hat. He fixed the issue.. somewhat. The somewhat; it wasn't on the hat I ordered and the job is still shitty, the made the embroidery way too high reaching the top of the hat. This is why I am saying he is an imbecile because only imbeciles can't do a simple job on samples and expect someone to have him do the job on bulk orders.
Anyways, back to the survey. I made my complaint through the survey and I received a called from some other man who was supposed to be the higher authority. He was an older man, I can tell by his voice. He seemed very concern about my experience with them. He listened to my story, somewhat, he cut me off at times and didn't even let me finish the whole story of his shitty worker. Which made me realize this man don't care, he just though I was some big company.
He said he was going to call me back shortly. I am assuming shortly means same day or next. Well... it have been over 2 months.
Good luck dealing with this company. They don't care about your experience UNLESS you are a big company.
