Went in for an exchange yesterday. Line was literally out the door as they designated a specific lines which was exclusively for returns. While 5 employees walked around playing police with people about wearing masks properly and spacing 6 feet, I waited for an hour and a half to exchange one defective item, as only one employee was actually working. Dumpster fire experience, never going back.
