I dined here on a Saturday night and being new to filet mignon I ordered it well done. The manager chelly walked by and asked if there was a mistake? I said no why? She stated that filet should really be ordered medium or medium well. So she gave me a free medium well done filet after finishing my other steak. FREE! She said its on the house I want you to enjoy your meal. Never had i experienced this before such a generous gesture. I live closer to the other outback but ill make sure I always come here from now. Thanks again chelly
