They have always been able to find every transaction I've ever made in the computer. We went in to return some boots that were indeed defective and bought only a couple months ago, before the return policy changed, and didn't keep the receipt... Because they could always find it... Low and behold, this time they magically couldn't find the receipt in the computer.
