A solid choice in Chicago for a luxury hotel. Not my absolute favorite, but we had a large room with separate lounge area and a small balcony. Cleanliness was good, but not quite what I wanted from something with this price point. Bar/restaurant hours can be hard to predict, we found they closed early twice during our stay.

However, staff was excellent, which is one of the most important factors. Advise you take advantage of the free rides within a couple miles with their Mercedes.

Not the most convenient area for being around the best restaurants and bars, but a prime shopping area and quieter.
