Walking around the showroom, not one person acknowledged or said hello. The woman at the reception desk couldn t seem to pull her face out of her phone to greet. Is this a Mercedes-Benz dealership?? I have been driving an MB since 1999. I ve leased 9 Mercedes-Benz in total. 6 in New Jersey, and 3 here in South Florida/Auto Nation. Not until I moved to Florida, have I had terrible experiences in both the Fort Lauderdale & Pompano locations. When my lease is up, I will no longer deal with Mercedes-Benz. Auto Nation should consult with Ray Catena, and learn how a Mercedes dealership is run. Terrible!
