I went to purchase a certified preowned Volvo from Smythe Volvo. I was told by the salespeople that there was no damage on the vehicle but when I arrived I noticed there was damage on the seats. After notifying management they promptly fixed the seats and in addition they gave me a discount for the inconvenience. They delivered the car to my home to save me a trip to the dealership again to sign the paperwork. The repair was perfect. The car looks like new. I'm very satisfied with my salesperson Patrick Ruane and the manager Robert Steiman. They really stepped up to resolve my issue in a timely and professional manner. I would certainly do business with them again.
