Wish I could give a 0 rating! This hotel was the worst bait and switch rip off in Reno! Our kid is in college in Reno and the Atlantis was the hotel we thought we'd get a membership to for when visiting our college student. We made reservations two months a head of time for a King size room in the Tower. When we showed up at 3:45pm (45min after the start of check in) they stated they had given our PRE-PAID room away and all they had left was a room with two queens for $61.00 more per night! We were stuck, most the other hotels were booked. DO NOT STAY HERE! RIP OFF!
