I am currently working with Elite Media Company 2wks now. I have had many job experiences and many bosses and i have to say...Leigh Jackson is the best boss I have ever had. His teaching style is very modest and to the point. I truly am inspired to grow and build with this company while i spread my own wings and fulfil my own agenda. I am an opportunist and this company will genuinely coach and assist me to fulfil my goals. I am extremely choosy when it comes to who i decide to give my efforts to because i know my potential and where im headed. That being said...my desire to help my manager and boss achieve their goals as well as mine is in full force. I strongly recommend any individuals that are willing to take a chance on themselves, in a commision based pay, that will mold you into your own role as a leader...come out of the woodworks and join this amazing team!
