Polite staff. Good products. The first time I took a digital photo frame to my warranty service, they replaced my product. The second time they were not so fast. It still takes about 3 weeks.
I'm coming back, after a month and a week, I have no answer from the warranty, and no one answers on the phone.
I SEND THE REPRESENTATIONS ON THE MAIL, SO THAT YOU ARE LIABLE TO YOU.
After several steps on google and mail (as the phone line is in vain, no one answers) I succeeded in replacing the service product with a new one.
