I have a Gluten and Dairy allergy and the chef was very informative. He told me the bbq ribs were gluten free but not the sauce so he gave me ribs without bbq sauce. And I wanted corn and asked if he had any without butter. He said they weren't cooked but if I would like to wait 10 minutes, he would steam cook some for me. He asked where I was sitting and brought it to me. Omg it was the sweetest corn too. With nothing on it. That made my night. It's hard to go places like buffets because of all the contamination and lack of knowledge. But the wonderful chef there took great care of me and I really really really appreciated it. The ribs were so good btw. They were seasoned just right which made them enjoyable without bbq sauce. Thank you to the Chef. I wish I would have caught your name and gave you a personal shout out. But he was the head chef of them all. They all asked him about the allergens when I asked other cooks. TY, TY, TY
