We have very mixed feelings on this place. We arrived late, around 10pm and were the only ones arriving. The person at the desk stayed looking at the computer and didn't say hello or anything for a couple of minutes. We checked in, got our keys, carried our luggage from the parking lot to the room and found the room had mold in the shower and something similar on the air conditioner. The bed had stains visible so we looked further and there was hair and dirt on the sheet. We took pictures, carried everything back to the car, and went to the front desk. The person gave us keys to an upgraded room and had a friendly gentleman help us to our room. The next room still had cleaning equipment in it but luckily the gentleman was able to call the front desk and get us into another room. We had a good time there, and breakfast was great. When we went to spooners for lunch, we didn't see anyone for ordering. The guy working sounded newer which was no big deal. We sat down, and when calling for us, he called out the food rather than our names. No big deal, but suddenly another guy just started yelling at this guy in front of us. Like I understand he could've done better but yelling at him in front of us was so much worse. We got back to our room, and our gifts were there. The meat and cheese platter had cube cheeses and toothpicks that were nice but the only meat were a couple of slices of pepperoni and three packs of crackers to eat with them. Our romance basket wasn't heart shaped either. Finally, "guaranteed private dining" apparently means you can't even stretch your arms without touching the person next to you.We're introverted and could barely talk to each other during dinner.

We made the best of the trip anyway and enjoyed the scenery and events that were available. We really enjoyed the available games, sports, and the spa. The cxo was friendly and had some interesting events. The heart shaped tub and other room features made for a fun time but the age of everything is showing. The tub had low pressure and took around 45 minutes to full but was very relaxing.
