AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited at the bar for a table and told it would be upto an hour. We asked for kids menus twice and for a scabby paper copy as they had ran out. When we asked about our table after seeing many other sat, we eventually got offered a table - after WE had to pull tables together, and that s the best service so far.
We then had wet cutlery left and asked if we wanted the table set??? I had to clean all cutlery as it was filthy. We weren t offered drinks. We had to ask for clean glasses twice.
The kids got food after 30mins after being chased. 2hours later we still didn t have main meals.
I was then told no one asked me to set the table - rude staff!!!! Can t comment on food as we left after 2hrs!!!
I overheard the staff bitching about the customers. Bar staff served 6 people in front of us.
I HAVE NEVER had a worst experience and left without eating!!! And they still wanted to charge us for kids meals after saying it was free!!
