I have been a satisfied Best Western customer for many years, but no longer. I just called to cancel my reservation more than 30 days in advance and I was told that I could not. I was told the reason was due to my agreeing to pay in advance for the reservation. There is nothing I can do now that they have my money. They are thieves. Stay away. They won't be fooling me again. Don't let them fool you.
