TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

On 3/4/21 my partner and I were looking forward to celebrating our anniversary. We made a reservation on Open Table for 6:30. When we got there the gate was down and the place was closed.

Their website and social media all state they should have been open.
The next day I reached out to them via email and IG (restaurant's account and the chef's account). Still have received no response so I'm taking it to the web.

It was incredibly disappointing and shows they have no respect for customers. I ve dined with them 3-4 of times before and was excited to share it with my partner on a special occasion. We settled for an ok Mexican meal when I had planned an experience.

Very disappointed.
