While the service is good, I am trying to figure out why every customer pays a $25 monthly service charge fee for each meter when we have to have a meter and you are the only service provider available to us.

I have received monthly service charge fees but I do not understand why we are paying $300/year for you to provide us with electricity on top of the actual electricity when we have no choice but your company. Some times the monthly fee is more than the electricity usage cost. Shame!! Not to mention, you charge $3+ to pay online regardless of method! Shame!!
