I've been there today, and I had a very bad time with an elder employee. I asked him for a cart, since they were out of customers' reach. I asked in a very polite English, with "sir" and "please", but when I thanked him, he replied in Dutch: "Dank u wel! Spreekt Nederlands!". He left me speechless...
