My overall experience with BMW Toronto has been fantastic. First class service from beginning to end. Kudos to Boka! He was the representative that helped me get into a BMW 328xi. Throughout the process, he was detailed, transparent, helpful, and most importantly patient.

Lastly, walking in for the first time, it was a bit intimidating, but every interaction I had was warm and genuine. The staff made me feel welcomed. To everyone at BWM Toronto, keep doing what you're doing. Small gestures goes a long way, and does not go unnoticed.
