I'm so not happy with the outcome of my application with Piazza & Associates. I completed the preliminary application when they just build the Valley and Bloom building in Montclair NJ about three or 4 four years ago. I was contact and quickly submitted all supportive documents. The other step which I follow up with an interview to view an apartment in Montclair. The lady that showed me discriminated! I felt so humiliated...I ask my self this: well if this is in fact a fair housing opportunity? It's not my credit or income... Why? When you look at the statistics of the people who are qualified? It surely point out "it's more then just "the criteria of what they say" on your application.

I've called, sent my updated contact information and still no replies what's the real reason behind my application that's been sitting there for the past 3 years. I would like to reach the owner of Piazza and ask him what's the data on the people that are "selected".
