I would stongly suggest refraining from renting from this company. They have terrible customer service and business ethics. Please feel free to read the email below that I had sent them regarding my personal experience. They didnt even acknolwlege my email or return my phone calls (after they had set up an appointment for me to travel over 3 hours to view one of their listings, that they so conveniently pulled out from under me with less than 24 hour notice). Don't let this company take advantage of you like they did to me!

"My name is Kelly Swenson & on May 19th, I scheduled an appointment to view your listing at 2605 Iverson St. I informed your company that I currently live in the Green Bay area, and was looking to move back to the Madison area on July 1st. This property turned out to be a perfect fit & I was scheduled to view the property tomorrow afternoon @ 1:00PM (I currently work in Green Bay & could only make the trip back on the weekend. Viewing the apt on 5/19 when I was in town last did not work becuase it was too short of notice for the tenants). Much to my dismay, I received a call this afternoon that this house has now been leased. I just spent the last two hours driving towards the Stoughton area for the sole purpose of viewing this listing. Now, Im 2 hours away from home and have to turn around empty handed.

I am utterly dissappointed with the way that this was carried out. Your company was aware that I needed to travel to see this property, and you call me less than 24 hours before my appointment that was scheduled a week in advance, saying that you leased it to someone else? Why was I not notified that there were other interested buyers so I could at least have had a chance to get an application in? When I made the appointment, I was never even offered the option of submitting a pre-application prior to the showing. Had I known this would happen, I would have submitted that right away on the 19th. Obviously, If I was willing to make the 3 hour trip to see this, I was highly interested in renting. Is this lease really finalized? Is there nothing you can do to give me my scheduled viewing and chance at renting this property? I am really feeling cheated out of this opportunity - not to mention the $70 in gas money and 4 hours of my time I just wasted. I ask that you please reconsider.
