I highly recommend Kitchen World for your cabinetry. About 7 years ago, we gutted our bathroom completely down to the studs. Our plans were to redesign the way the bathroom looked and to make more room in the bathroom. We had a hand-sketched layout of our bathroom but were unsure of ourselves and did not know where to begin. During that time, we had some family care to attend to so the project was on hold UNTIL we came to Kitchen World and met Emily Ozzimo, their kitchen and bathroom designer. Emily was VERY professional and she listened to what we needed. She computerized our hand-sketched dream bathroom layout, made practical suggestions on where to hang towel bars, mirrors and lighting and it came to life. My wife was so impressed and happy. After three visits, and with Emily s guidance, we were able to come to a decision on a layout that included a soaker tub, an enclosed shower, more space around the toilet, a two-sink bathroom vanity with a tower, and a door front for a linen closet we constructed. We were so confident in Emily that we placed the order, but we decided to install them ourselves. The story of great service does not end there. When the cabinets arrived at our house, they had some nicks in the wood. We notified Emily, and she immediately responded. Emily contacted the manufacturer and got the owner of Kitchen World involved. GOOD NEWS they replaced the entire order, having the new cabinets inspected personally before shipping to us. WOW! The moment-of-truth when it comes to customer service. We could not ask for more. Once the new cabinets arrived, I had to get them installed. Well, with my lack of construction knowledge, I was having trouble installing the tower and sink back splashes. I called Emily and guess what they did? They sent one of their installers to our house two times to help me without charge. We only have the floor and molding to finish. Our next project is our kitchen. My wife and I will only buy again from Kitchen World. Thank you Emily and Randal Sanders for a FIVE STAR PLUS awesome experience with our dream bathroom.
