77 Carlton. Property Manager and security staff . what an unfriendly attitude they have!!!. Property Manager Ivan Serebriakov. He is extremely rude and Jerk. Over all I see really bad reviews about DEL Property Management on google So I am not surprised. Stay away from these people. NOT EVEN ONE STAR. Lack professionalism.
