I would like to inform all the customers or to be customer of Lloyd s bank Victoria street branch. Never expect anything from humans working there, machines are much better in service. One of the worst service of my life
Kept me waiting for 30minutes without reason. Lack of knowledge about the product and services with blank face to all the questions. After long wait assisted by Emma who s I think shouldn t be working in service industry. Such rude and I don t care attitude I haven t experienced in my life. Don t even want to waste time and energy even to write a single word about them.
Please avoid as much as you can.
