My family and I had an Excellent experience at Capilano Voilkswagen. We were looking around for a new car .I had no idea about VW and all my experience belong to different brands. I just called them and the person on the phone introduced himself as Bobby. He just asked me some questions and later he provide me with the VW Tiguan . He explained the cars options and then he invited us to go see him and the Tiguan in the dealership after test drive Bobby gave us time to think about it. We made an arrangement with him . When we went there to take our car my wife and Kids change their mind and asked for the car in showroom. they switch the cars and we got a fantastic Tiguan with light interior . We don t know much about VW and Bob was their to guide us and answered all our questions. We ended up getting the VW Tiguan and Bobby helped us to make the whole experience smooth as possible. I extremely recommend the Capilano Volkswagen
