A spacious library with a lot of books of all kind...

A spacious library with a lot of books of all kinds, it's great. But:
-> Incessant chatter and noise (why come if it's not to work?)
-> Exorbitant prices in the cafeteria.
-> the guards / security agents are incompetent and prey on the weakest and let others do it. There is no surveillance of the premises inside, but at the entrance, there are at least 7, even when the library is full and no one can enter (so they just sit there doing nothing)
