I booked an electrician at 3pm to attend an urgent problem in commercial premises in High Wycombe and was assured an electrician would arrive by 5pm, the visit was cancelled by Able directly to the person on site and rescheduled for the next morning between 9 and 12, this was cancelled early in the morning. Customer Services then confirmed they have a single electrician in High Wycombe who works 8pm to 11pm only.

That evening the electrician who was to attend at 8pm called directly to cancel because he only does domestic work.

Able declined to pay for our time wasted.
