Genz -Ryan service pro Jeremy renewed my faith in their services by investigating an ongoing exhaust issue related to my furnace. Jeremy was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns and then pursue the problem which was the slope of the exhaust piping from my furnace exhaust system to the exterior of my home. It had been approved and signed off by the city inspectors but was incorrect, resulting in 3-4 foot ice sculptures forming outside my home in the winter on top of my A/C unit. I appreciate the efforts and the friendly crew that worked on my furnace. Thank you!
